The client was looking for solutions to digitize its heterogonous workplace consisting of more than 100,000 end-point devices and bring down the high IT support cost.

With OptiBot they were able to resolve various commonly occurring system and application issues through the ‘Sense-Heal’ feature. OptiBot introduced automation in the process of issue remediation and also furnished a collaborative way to reach out to the IT Support Desk. Almost 80% of Service Desk contacts were now made via chat and MTTR was reduced by 90%.
